One of the other days we decided to drive into Refrigerator Canyon and hike. The Canyon is called this because it's about ten degrees colder. The water has changed directions and our path had turned into the river bed, so it made from some difficult hiking. My dad tore his Achilles heal last Christmas and still has a lot of healing too. He has these nifty rocker shoes that he was testing out on our trip so we took it easy. After our short hike we went out to a meadow and had a picnic amongst the hundreds of wild flowers. Koda and Logan had a good time frolicking in fields and streams off leash too.
