Roses are Red, Violets are Blue....

Roses are Red, Violets are  Blue, and for the first time I have purple Irises blooming all over in the front yard.  I keep plucking away at the bush and nothing has ever appeared.  I guess this is the year for their grand opening.  I thought I would take a picture because I don't know how long they will last... and I'll have some sort of proof!  In the meantime I can enjoy them both in the front yard, and on the blog.  :)
