Three Cheers for good friends!

So... today we FINALLY received our new dishwasher. (Three days in the making.) We got it at 7:00 at night and we were totally excited about installing it. We had a few phone calls from good friends offering to help later this weekend, but we simply couldn't contain ourselves. It began by Leo being the commander in chief, barking instructions. Determining I wouldn't be able to do all of this by myself I called our good friends Jeff and Odessa and asked for Jeff's assistance (he lives a couple blocks away from us... thanks Justin for the offer for tomorrow though.) A few minutes later Jeff and Leo were laying on the floor of our kitchen attaching hoses and wires. After about an hour and a half to two hours later we had a working dishwasher! I had to giggle a little as both Jeff and Leo watched the underside of the machine with their flashlight at how much it looked like a slumber party. Thanks to Jeff (and Odessa for letting us borrow your husband). We owe you big! And hooray for dishwashers that are quiet.. and don't spew water out from under them. Hopefully the dishes will be clean too. We'll find out in less than a half an hour. :)
