Thanksgiving:
This thanksgiving we had the big feast at our house. We were expecting Leo's little brother, Alex from Idaho, and my parents, from Montana to head our way. My parents came a little later than what we'd thought because my dad had an interview for a new job. (Something to pray about if you would like to lift that up!). They arrived on Tuesday. Alex left on Wednesday and arrived late that evening. Thursday we cooked for 15 instead of 5, but the fixens were good.
Us chowing.
The dynamic duo.
Daddy taking pictures of me taking pictures.
Momma laughing at something.
The table... all ready for feasting!
We were then planning on going to visit Leo's aunts and grandma at his aunts house. Lo-and-behold, when we arrived who appeared but his dad and his beautiful bride Brigid. (From Alaska)
Look Twins!
Aunt Karen and Brigid.
Brigid, Grandma Riddle (looking really good that day!), and my mom.
Aunt Linda... with MORE food. My stomach just hurts thinking about it!
(Sorry a lot of these were blurry, I was quickly snapping photo's and didn't check how they turned out.)
We spent the rest of the time (seemingly eating) and doing lots of visiting. It was a good time with all... but WAY too short! We were sad to see everybody go!
I've been doing a lot of things involving gingerbread men this year. Before Al left my mom and I made him a hockey gingerbread man for his first Christmas in his new home.
I thought it turned out pretty cute.
While all the parents were here they all helped me get ready for the craft bizzaare we had this past Friday and Saturday. I'm on the team that sets up for it and does the selling. We call it the Boutique (because it sounds fancier than a bizaare!)
Just a few of the items. There was more ceramic stuff I put in as well. (That was all in the garage.)
