It has been beautiful weather here in Oregon! Friday it was 99 degrees (a little too hot) but Saturday and Sunday has been in the 80's. Yesterday we decided to venture over to the Dallas city park thinking it would be a small uninteresting park. We were happily surprised to find a river/creek, a suspension bridge, trails, a Japanese garden, some baseball fields, a huge pagoda, the list goes on! We hiked all around in this huge park and even missed another huge botanical garden on the other side. Here's a couple pictures when we first got started... oh, and this would be a little creek that led into the river, not the river itself. Very exciting, and only ten minutes away from our house.

It's beautiful. I hope we can go for a walk there next time we are there. (Which I hope will be soon!)
