We call this "Red-Neck Gardening".... and by the way my husband looks and the dirtiness of our SU-Van (not our soccer momma van) I'm thinking we qualify!  We had these evil bushes that are completely thorns.  Whoever planted them along the walkway obviously had no idea they would become the monsters they are.  You'd walk by and they would jump out and slash you.  So... today we hooked up the trusty SU-Van and ripped em' out.  It was the easiest gardening job I think we've ever done!  Maybe tomorrow I'll go out and dental floss all the rest of our weeds in the front yard and string them to the back!  I'm thinking we really have something going here.
