What does this mean?

I go into the bedroom to see a doggy toy placed gently in the inside of my Bible. Some different options here:
A. It is placed in Judges.... will there by some sort of divine judgment for the lack of playing with my dog, and this is some sort of warning?
B. My dog is attempting to tell me something about the importance of playing with him in correlation and relation to the importance of reading the word of God.
C. My dog was catching up on his own reading and brought along his toy to snuggle with.

Koda is such a funny dog.
