Guilty.
Even though Oregon law SAYS to proceed with caution.... AND the letter even states that I did.... still GUILTY. Oh well. I wouldn't have done it differently. All the other police officers were behind me. I learned a lot.... and it was kinda' fun too. (Is that strange of me?!) I know what I proved... and even Christ was called "guilty" and we all know that wasn't true!
So.... The letter also stated that if I wanted to not pay the money or get it on my record, I could take an on-line traffic school before January 19th. So guess what I'll be doing!?
God is good, I'm glad I'm Innocent in His eyes! What a great month to be guilty by man in..... and innocent in HIM!
PS. To Odessa. The coefficient of friction on a dry day for my vehicle calculates to 0.8. I'm not sure what it is .8 of..... but it figures in somehow! :)

I had no clue what you were talking about in that last paragraph until I went back and read your comments on another post. Jeff and I share a blog. I will let him know you posted the answer, and it was him who did the 45 in the construction/school zone!
