Day Three, Four, & Five

Day three we watercolored. Day Four we glazed our mugs and watercolored as well as created canvas Bible covers, and day five we did some copper tooling and created light switch covers. I am totally jazzed about these covers as I found this neat website were they do the same technique and sell them for really expensive. I've got a few tweeks to iron out myself and I totally want to create more for my own home! With the exception of the first one (blue background) these are the kids. I thought the last one was funny. It was created by a kiddo' named Will. He wanted to do a dragon breathing fire and coiled around the switch... but instead he decided to do a goofy sponge bob. I just can't seem to get away from this sponge bob guy.
Oh if you would like to see the neat switchplates (sold on Etsy) click here: Switchplates

What a great art camp! I hope if the school does an exibit for the fair you put these pictures up as they are great. I would have been thrilled to send you to a camp like that in the summer. Great work honey!
