Leo's been playing for our church league.  Tonight I was able to go to one of his games and thought I would take some pictures for the blog.  Unfortunately those guys just moved too fast!  Sorry about the blurriness.  Leo just made the shot that is making it in though, so I thought it was still okay to put on!  The team didn't win... probably because some of the guys on the team had some really sour attitudes and one guy popped a ligament.  We drove him home ... he was in an awful lot of pain.  It's the second team member to pop a ligament and they've only played four games.  I was surprised and disappointed about both teams not being very sportsman like... but proud that Leo has set his "angry" competitiveness to the side since his high school years... and even some of his college playing.  Like I said in the car coming home.... it's the heart not the skill that matters in long run.  Hardly anybody remembers who won when, but they always remember "that one guy who was such a baby about it".  (Although he is one of the better players on the team.  You can definately tell those who have not been playing for a while.) Go my basketball stud-muffin, Go!  Maybe I should yell that out at the next game.  See what kind of reaction I can get!

I don't know if you'll get the same reaction that it gets when girls yell that to me during our b-ball games, it turns into a chaotic mess of other girls competing on who can yell it the loudest :)

I actually think the picture looks pretty cool. Had you not given the credit to Leo's speed I would have given it to you for your photography skills.

there is no way Leo made a basket, unless that is the church men with no more than 7 fingers and one leg league....

Actually he scored 18 points.... and all fingers and legs were in tact by all teams. :)
