Leo works at a Private Christian School called Mid-Valley Christian Academy.  He teaches.... everything (at least it seems like it).  Actually he teaches (take a deep breathe if you are reading this outloud!):  World History, Geography, Economics, Earth Science, Math, P.E., Applied Health, Government, US History, he's also coaching basketball and is the Athletic Director.  Oh, he's also getting his Masters degree from Bob Jones University (which we have to travel to this summer), is playing on our church basketball league, and .... is married to me.  Whew.  Life is busy!  Some of those classes were last year, but he still has to prep for seven different classes every day.  We just had the last basketball game.  The boys played really well and learned a lot.  Being that it is Mid-Valley's first year at basketball and many of the boys first time EVER playing basketball, they didn't win any games, but it wasn't about winning.  I'd have to say I've never seen a team so excited and enthusiastic and have such great sportsmanship as this team.  We're really proud of the boys.  Our last game the ColorGuard at the school performed as well.  They will be performing for a Blazers game in March.  (They are really good!)  This next week Leo is putting together a staff/school board vs. team game.  Should be lots of fun.  Leo had  a great time, but I think we are both looking forward to the additional time with each other.  Go Coach Hackett!!!!  When I get some pictures of "the coach" I'll put them on the blog!
