Jen's water broke around 8:30 p.m. after we had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants: La Hacienda Real in West Salem. We were on a walk across the Willamette river's old railroad bridge and were a 1/2 mile away from the truck when "it" happened. We then "waddled" as fast as we could to get to the vehicle. Since it was past 7pm we had to check in through the Emergency room. After talking with one of Jen's former students (she was working at the welcome desk at the ER!) we made our way to the 3rd floor (Labor and Deliver) at the Salem Hospital.
